Casa Comodín was founded by Derk, a Dutch social entrepreneur residing in Colombia since 2010. Captivated by its natural beauty and the warmth of its people, Derk has explored many parts of the country, until he acquired and subsequently developed this property in Guatapé, and named it "Casa Comodín" - a place where travelers, remote workers and artists can play their "wild card", get inspired and find focus. Derk is happy to connect you to a growing community of digital nomads, locals, and cultural events in lively Guatapé.

Derk is well known by many members of the Guatapé community, and happy to provide further details or references upon request.
